Open Dreamweaver....
Now, I know other webdesign programs will likely work,
but I only have my own to demonstrate on....

Open the program and navigate to the directory for TOP.
(I use Dreamweaver for all my sites, so I normally have
to tell it which one I want at that time).

It opens to the first level, where you see all the directories,
one for each year, and some others, followed by the
individual page files, in chronological order,
but the very first one I have set up as a template...

Open that one....

This is "dummy information" and now we are ready to add new data.
