As Adkins moved to Mexico, where he died, there is no information in U.S. sources
A very long shot search found "a" Barry Adkins mentioned in a Fort Worth newspaper in 1972.
He would have been 35 at that time. It's not a stretch that a gay guy would be working in a Pier 1...
But his Mexican death certificate has been found
